The First Seven is the only active Phase One preview. It provides a seven-day structure for private reflection, measured action, and a return to the next honest step.
2. Move one day at a time
Day 1 opens first. Each following day opens only after the prior day is explicitly completed. A missed day never resets progress.
3. Keep your work yours
Journal entries and purpose drafts are tied to your authenticated account. You can download or permanently delete them from privacy controls.
